It is usually a pleasure taking my car down to Sudzy Salmon Car Wash. On a particular trip one of the friendly staff who's name is Zane, approached me and asked if he could clean up my floor mats while I was out there wiping off the excess moisture from the door frame as its winter time. The customer service Zane provided me was much appreciated during my busy day and my floor mats looked great! Great job on getting good employees Sudzy Salmon. I hope you trest your folks to more than just a pizza party. 😉

I am writing this review to formally document an incident that occurred at this car wash. I have an active monthly membership and wash my vehicle here on a regular basis. Prior to the wash, my vehicle had no damage and all exterior parts were intact. Immediately after the wash, I discovered that a component located next to the front windshield wiper was missing. I reported the issue to staff on the same day. My contact information was taken, and I was assured that the matter would be investigated and that I would be contacted. Despite this, no follow-up was made for over a week. When I returned and requested to speak with management, I was met with a dismissive response. A superficial check was performed, after which I was told the business bears no responsibility. I explicitly requested that security camera footage be reviewed, as the incident occurred on their premises during service. This request was refused. I was also informed that their insurance does not cover this type of damage and that I should resolve the matter independently. This position is unacceptable. The damage occurred while my vehicle was under the care, custody, and control of this business. Their refusal to investigate, accept responsibility, or cooperate demonstrates a lack of professionalism and accountability. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone who values their vehicle or expects responsible service. I am currently evaluating all legal options to protect my rights and seek appropriate remedies.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Sudzy Salon! The service was top-notch, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. A huge shoutout to Lucas Rust, who went above and beyond to help me with my mats. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. I highly recommend Sudzy Salon to anyone looking for a great car wash!

Arguably one of the best car washes in all of Anchorage, Alaska. Quick, professional, and gets the job done. The young guys that work there are super helpful and very courteous. My car was still a little dirty and I asked for another go-around without any issue. Zane was very courteous and made sure my floor mats were taken care of. Definitely come here!

Quantity or Quality Granted it’s winter time, but 35 bucks the should have at least pre washed peoples window and grill before entering the tunnel. My windshield and back gate looked like it wasn’t even touched.
