I've been exploring different variations of highlights and base color and Reanna has been great about explaining what is best for me and being careful with my hair. I really appreciate that! She has also given me some great treatments, and good advice on products to try. I enjoy the environment of Sugar Salon as well!

I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about my best friend and hairstylist, Reanna!!!. I live out of town now, but I will literally plan trips back to Wichita just so she can do my hair that’s how good she is. There is no one else I trust more. She did my hair for my wedding, along with all of my girls, and absolutely killed it. Every single person looked stunning, and everyone was obsessed with how their hair turned out. She has this incredible ability to bring your vision to life while still making it even better than you imagined. What I love most is how much she truly listens. She takes the time to understand exactly what you want and puts so much care into making sure you leave feeling confident and beautiful. Whether you’re wanting a subtle refresh or a full transformation (yes, even going from dark box dye to red or even blonde), she handles it with so much skill and attention to detail. Her talent honestly speaks for itself. I recently got like 6 inches off of my hair and she gave me the perfect old money style long bob. On top of that, the salon itself is such a great environmentclean, welcoming, and just an overall good vibe. You feel comfortable the second you walk in. She is beyond talented, so passionate about what she does, and it shows in every single appointment. I recommend her to anyone and everyone I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else!

I have been twice now,first visit was AMAZING,the second ended up in a TON OF HAIR BREAKAGE. I feel Rhiannon was too sidetracked on her phone and back in their break room I presume,she left for long intevals leaving bleach on far too long and same for the toner. Leaving your client in the sink to get a kinked neck is no fun. I have fragile hair to begin with,I explained this very well and thought she'd understood. I take a lot of pride in my hair and it's just about ruined. She suggested I get a pick to comb out my hair 😢 SUPER disappointed. Will not be back. I don't mind spending good money for a good hair experience but that was not the case.
