Sunshine Sunflower Studio is a lovely place to take pottery classes. The female owner is wonderful—warm, encouraging, and very knowledgeable, which made the experience enjoyable and welcoming. The studio itself has a nice, creative atmosphere, and the classes are well run. The male owner was a bit grumpy at times, which took away slightly from the overall vibe, but it didn’t overshadow the quality of the class. Overall, a great experience and a nice place to learn pottery.
My kids have attended their summer camps multiple years and they love it every time! Great themed weeks, great owners, and more importantly my kids are excited to go and create masterpieces! If you're considering an art camp this summer I would highly recommend Sunshine Sunflower!
Best Art Sudio EVER! My grandkids have come here and have learned so much and I've spent time with friends and family here and have been so impressed by what we've learned and how much fun we've had. Great memories. Let's keep the love of ART and CREATIVITY alive and thriving. A great place for team building and a special place to connect with community.
My children attended summer camp at Sunshine Sunflower and I was blown away by the skill and artistry that they left camp with. They put such effort into teaching and instilled so much confidence in our children. We’ve continued on with them in their homeschool class. Our children look forward to it and it is such a wonderful creative outlet.
Joined them for 602 day with an excellent discount on AZ state shaped ornaments. Quick service and plenty of room to work. Simple to glaze and was notified when ready for pick up. Noticed other projects on the shelves and joined a class to make pipes. Looking to join another class and may try the new studio. Excellent prices for projects requiring kiln, would recommend any class and plan to go again. Also offered were handmade gifts including yarn and sewing crafts.
