Tamika was amazing! She greeted me right away and made sure I understood all the services they offered. She was friendly, professional, and very patient. She took her time making sure my car was well taken care of and checked in to be sure everything looked good before I left. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Tamika definitely delivered. I really appreciate her positive attitude and the way she goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

The process is smooth and efficient, and you can tell the equipment is well maintained. My vehicle came out spotless — not just a quick rinse, but a thorough wash that left the exterior shining and the tires looking brand new. The free vacuums are powerful and convenient, making it easy to clean the inside just as well as the outside. What I appreciate most is how well the operation is run. Everything is organized, from the entry to the wash tunnel, to the setup for customer engagement outside. It’s clear they care about both quality and the customer’s time. Too pricey for the lack of quality. I told the lady I didn't want a membership and she said she was going to going through it all anyways. Said they focused on the tires. Clearly they don't akd my windshield was stil extremely dirty. Definitely won't be back and don't recommend.
Poor cleaning quality. Worst service. All side vacuums are not working good. And all towels are dirty and Inside the car wash soap doesn’t clean with water it clean with air pressure. !!!!! What kind of service is this? If you’re not upgrade your quality I will cancel my membership. Thank you.
