Not a decent experience. We just wanted a basic wash. First couldn't pay, wouldn't accept any cards. Then wash broke down and we sat in the tunnel for 15 minutes. Still without getting a wash. Bypass this place. They dont have their act together at all..

Don’t waste your money. I had a very poor experience with the Express exterior wash. After going through the wash, there was still a noticeable amount of dirt and debris left on my car. When I brought this to the Manager Elizabeth’s attention, she initially refused to let me go back through the wash, despite clearly seeing the remaining debris. Her attitude was unhelpful and dismissive, and I ultimately had to beg just to get a rewash—which still felt rushed and poorly done. Overall, very disappointing service and outcome.

Subject: Payment and Service Inaccessibility Issue I left my home and went to the car wash location. However, your app did not automatically deduct the payment from my account, so I had to wait there for 30 minutes. During this time, I realized the payment was not taken, so I completed the transaction manually and informed your staff about it. I was told by the staff that the payment would be activated within 24 hours in the system. However, this information is not explicitly mentioned in your app. If it had been stated, I would not have made the online payment and waited for so long. The staff was very kind; however, due to the system process, I could not benefit from the service. Despite showing the payment receipt, the gate did not open, and I could not get my car washed. Additionally, even though I canceled the service, the refund was not processed immediately, and it states in your app that I have to use the service for a month. This information is also not clearly available in the app. This creates a significant lack of clarity in the user experience. I request that my grievance be addressed and that your system be made more transparent.
