They don’t even deserve a star. My Maltese mix puppy was groomed by Super Star Mobile Grooming on 12/21/25 by a groomer named Luis. She was returned to me with uneven coat all over her body. Her white coat was visibly dirty, making it clear she was not properly bathed. Instead, it appeared that she was simply sprayed with perfume and returned in poor condition. Luis stated that his clippers were not working properly, which I advised was not my concern as I paid for a complete grooming service. He asked for permission to correct the imperfections, but I declined and contacted the company to speak with a supervisor. I spoke with someone named Jerisa (spelling may be incorrect), who stated she was sending someone more experienced. When the second groomer arrived, he apologized and informed me that the only way to fix the uneven cut would be to shave my puppy’s coat completely. I requested that this corrective service be provided at no cost; however, Jerisa stated that the company could only offer a $10 discount. This was an extremely disappointing experience. If you truly care about your fur baby, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I have been using this company for over a year now for my two yorkies grooming (Rocky and Lulu). The very first service was great I was happy to find a groomers I liked. The second time I became a little concerned because it was a different groomer every time. I called last minute and was offered an appointment today on Thanksgiving but I regret waiting. The groomer,whom I was unable to get his name, was a different one not the same lady from the last couple of times. He nicked both of them. Not to mention the cut he did for them I could have done at home. uneven and very unprofessional. I will keep on eye on the cuts because if it gets worst and end up at the vet they will hear from me personally. I paid for the service and even tipped him, but they lost a customer.

On Wednesday, October 1st, I booked a grooming appointment for my chihuahua and my other dogs. My chihuahua, Hercules got a shave and he has always been getting shaves for years now because he sheds a lot. I let the groomer, Evelio know that Hercules is sensitive because he is 15 years old and has joint pain. After I got Hercules, he seemed fine and the shave look good. However, 2 days later, my family noticed puss coming out on his back. We cleaned it and under the puss was an open skin lesion. The next day, the skin lesion got bigger and the puss was progressively getting worse. I decided to then take Hercules to the vet because it was spreading and he was in pain. The vet had immediately told me it was hotspots and that it was caused by the poor grooming. Evelio was too harsh with him and that led to Hercules skin becoming irritated. Fast forward, Hercules now has a giant skin lesion on his back and is dealing with the pain. He has antibiotics for it and ointment for pain relief on the hot spot. He has to have a cone on until the lesion heals. It hurts to see my dog in pain like that and it was all because of this company. I decided to call the company and tell them nicely as to what was going on because I wouldn’t want this to happen to ANYONE’S DOG. The lady I was speaking to showed no empathy or didn’t even apologize! I didn’t care about the money at all, I care about the other dogs who can go through this terrible thing. She was asking me questions like “are you sure he has been shaved before?” as if I don’t know what services I get for my dog. It was so disappointing to see this company not only do this to my dog but not handle the situation right at all!! I will never forget the pain my dog is going through now because of this company. DO NOT risk your dog’s health with this grooming company.

I called for a service and have had appointment date right away.Juan came down my baby super fast. The quality and care was amazing. The past groomer always leave scars on my doggy. I will definitely use them from now on. Highly recommend them.

They never disappoint. I had my babies groomed today and I am super happy with the results. They come on time, same day appointments, good service, economical prices. I highly recommend.
