I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent grooming service provided for my two dogs. The experience was exceptionally distressing. Despite Aracelys' assurance regarding Noel's proficiency, the outcome was unacceptable. My 17-year-old Dachshund and 5-year-old Yorkie both suffered negative consequences. Following the grooming, my Yorkie exhibited severe anxiety, a behavior unprecedented for him. He also sustained deep cuts around his eyes, which were visibly red. During the grooming of my Dachshund, I observed her trembling and nearly falling from the grooming table, and her cut was severely botched. I contacted Aracelys, who requested photographic evidence of the issues, which I promptly provided. However, I have not received any follow-up communication to address the situation or an apology. Consequently, I will no longer be using their services and do not recommend them.
