Moving out of my apartment (with cats) after 1 year, and these ladies did a great job. I paid $375 for a move out clean and the place looked amazing. It made me want to move back in again! The kitchen appliances were included, which was lovely as so many companies charge extra for the inside cleaning of appliances, and the whole clean took about 3.5 hours. My property manager was super impressed.

I booked a deep cleaning with Superb Maids after being told they only do deep cleanings and are experts in this field. When scheduling, I specifically asked how many people would be on the team because I wanted a very thorough deep clean—baseboards, toilets, bathrooms, mopping, and other non-surface-level cleaning. I was assured they were experienced and that, based on my square footage and expectations, the job would take approximately 3–3.5 hours. All of this was documented in text. My home is not dirty. Everything was organized and put away, and I had my children straighten the house beforehand because I wanted the cleaners focused on actual deep-cleaning tasks, not picking up clutter. I was quoted a fixed price of $422, given a confirmed 9:00–10:00 AM arrival window, provided my credit card, and prepaid. At no point was there any written disclosure that the price could change after arrival. The day before the appointment, I received a message stating that I had canceled and that I would be charged a cancellation fee. This was incorrect. I immediately responded that I had not canceled, confirmed the appointment, and explained that I had taken the day off work for this service. On the day of service, the staff arrived but did not conduct a full walkthrough or assessment of my home. My home is video-recorded and time-stamped, showing the team entered and went directly upstairs into my bedroom bathroom, never walking the downstairs or assessing the home as a whole—despite later claiming a “full assessment” had been done. Over the course of approximately one hour, the only work performed was partial cleaning of one bathroom—specifically the shower, tub, and toilet. No other areas of the home were cleaned. I was then contacted by management and told the job would require significantly more time and that the price would need to be increased to approximately $780. I declined the post-arrival price increase and asked that the service continue at the agreed price, for however long it reasonably took, since the company quoted the time and price based on square footage and represented themselves as professional deep cleaners. Instead, I received a message stating the service was being canceled. Management instructed the staff to leave, and they walked out mid-job without saying goodbye, leaving dust and lint from a ceiling fan on the floor, trash behind, and items they had moved not put back. To top it off, immediately after walking out and cutting off the service, I received a text message asking me to reschedule my appointment, despite the fact that the service had just been canceled because I would not agree to a higher price. As a result, my home was left partially cleaned, unfinished, and disrupted, despite a confirmed appointment, documented expectations, and an agreed-upon price. This was not an inexpensive service, and I expected professionalism and follow-through. This experience reflects hostage pricing—quoting one price and time estimate to secure a booking, attempting to raise the price after arrival, canceling service when the customer holds the company to the agreed terms, and then asking to reschedule after walking out. Consumers should proceed with caution.

The ladies did an amazing job. I appreciate their attention to detail. The home was 100% move in ready when they were done. Their cleaning gave me peace of mind, knowing I was moving into a clean and sanitized home. There is quite a bit of glass in the home, especially in the master bath and I must say the glass shower and all the mirrors sparkled. The company provided excellent communication and was even able to move up my appointment at the last minute to accommodate an early arrival. Service and communication was five stars. I would recommend to my friends and family and book again.

I absolutely love Superb Maids! I booked a standard cleaning, but their “standard” is what most companies would call a deep clean. The team was incredibly meticulous — every surface, corner, and little detail was taken care of. It’s rare to find cleaners who are both thorough and consistent, and I’m extremely happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Superb Maids to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality cleaning service.

It was so useful to be able to book service online with Superb maids. They were able to save me some money and even showed up a little early. A very nice couple came and then two others. They did an amazing job on this condo. They really did a great job at bringing it back to life. I thought with the filth from the last tenant we were going to have to fix or replace the tub and sink but they made them sparkle. I highly recommend using them for clean outs deep clean or even a weekly service.
