Our furnace broke down this year and we found Superior HVAC through researching for a licensed company local to us in the Niagara region. They were very quick to respond and get one of their technicians to work with us on installing a new furnace. Kurtis and his colleague worked very efficiently to remove the old furnace and install the new one making sure it's running and working perfectly before they left. Kurtis was very communicative with me and showed me the new system and how it works. We're very happy with the experience of working with Superior and their team. Pricing was very fair considering the quality of service provided. We will most definitely keep them in mind for future service calls

Great service from start to finish. My water heater died after 13 years and they were able to replace it within 24hrs of me calling. Our technician, Aaron, and his colleague (sorry don't know his name) did a great job removing the old heater and installing the new one. Friendly with good communication, what more can you ask. I'll definitely call again for any plumbing or HVAC.

Superior Plumbing & Heating came to our rescue when our furnace suddenly stopped working. We thought we had a thermostat issue and replaced it, unfortunately that didn’t solve our problem. We called Superior on cold Friday night for assistance. A tech called us back in minutes and came to our home within the hour to assess the problem. We went over our options and decided a new furnace was the best route. The job was quickly scheduled for the next morning (Saturday). The installation team was excellent, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Communication with the office was constant, we had a number of calls to ensure we were happy with the service and equipment installed. Thanks to the team at Superior, we’re nice and warm again!!

Excellent Service! I had a great experience with my heater technician. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable.
