Our kitchen sink backed up Christmas night (of course!) and when I called this morning I received professional help, a text when my tech was on the way, and an excellent repair when he arrived. Andy was super personable, and explained the process and the cost up front. The repair was fast and everything is working wonderfully. Thank you Andy!

This review is for Andy Hernandez from Superior Plumbing who was fantastic to work with: professional, knowledgeable, and more importantly, honest. I had an issue with a clogged toilet that turned out to be on the city side. City arrived promptly to flush the main, and Andy took it upon himself to stick around to ensure all was good on my side before leaving. Didn’t end up using his service this go around, but really appreciated his transparency while on-site. Would use his service in the future as needed.

The discharge tube of my water softener broke and the water was using out and spraying everywhere. I had to shut off the main valve. When I called Superior Kimberley immediately arranged for Andy to come and replace a new tube. Andy did a great job and was very efficient too. Thanks, Superior!

This heater was installed by Jose at Superior Plumbing, 8 months back. Jose did a meticulous job, replacing pipe connectors, putting in new shut-off valves, securely strapping the tank to the wall studs. However, last week unit shutdown with error code of "10 red flashes". Switching off, and restarting the pilot light resolves the issue, but as this was 2nd time in 6 weeks, Rocky from Superior Plumbing came out to inspect it. Rocky contacted the manufacturer, and by their suggestion, took the burner out and cleaned it, polished the sensor and cleaned the fire chamber, and blew some compressed air through the flute. It seems collected lint and dust can cause this issue. If it happens again, maybe the sensor needs replacing. Anyway, no charge for this service. Rocky was professional, efficient and courteous. Took him a little over an hour to inspect, talk to manufacturer and finish the work. Hopefully we will not need to replace the sensor.
