I am utterly disappointed and genuinely disgusted with the service I received from Superstar Garage and Gate Services. Over the course of 24 hours, I was promised no less than eight times that a technician would call me to schedule service—not once did I receive that call. Each time I followed up, I was told the issue would be “escalated,” yet nothing ever happened. This was not a minor inconvenience—it was an emergency. My car was stuck behind a gate that I could not open, and I made that clear every single time I called. Despite my repeated pleas for help and reassurance that someone would reach out, the company failed to follow through again and again. After a full day of being ignored, a technician finally called, only to tell me they might come in the next few hours. Shortly after, I was informed they wouldn’t be coming at all. The complete lack of reliability, communication, and basic professionalism is unacceptable. Superstar Garage and Gate Services not only failed to deliver on their promises, but also showed no regard for the urgency or impact of the situation. I will never use their services again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a company that actually values its customers.

My garage door was stuck halfway open and I panicked. Someone was at my house within 45 minutes, fixed the issue, and oiled the whole system. Outstanding service and very reasonable prices.
