Matt has diagnosed the problem just by listening to the sound of my garage. He explained in detail what should be done with all technicality in it, I did not believe him that’s typical me and cross verified with my neighbor and he told the exact same thing. Jason came out to help me fix my gate. I had gone through a lot of effort to fix the issue myself. I let him know the steps and process I had gone through. He immediately knew that he was not going to be able to fix the issue. He suggested I reach out to the manufacturer and in the end they were able to help me.
