Kenneth was my service technician, he was very professional, he had patience. He was very understanding I enjoyed talking to him to the time he came into the time he left. He has a great personality. He is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing and any questions I had, he answered them. He’s a great addition to this company and I really appreciate people like this. We came home this evening and our garage door wouldn't open all the way. After crawling under the door, we found a broken spring. It was a little after 5 so I thought I would take a chance and call. They sent Freddie out tonight, he had all the parts needed on his truck and worked late so we were up and running. He was very thorough and did a great job. We highly recommend Freddy and Supreme Garage Door Repair.

I would have given five stars but because of an early error they had to remake part of the door holding up completion by two days. There was one part of the experience that I thought was unethical or at lease malpractice. I won't mention a name because I was very happy with the work afterwords. If I had to do it with Supreme again, I'd still do it again. EVERYONE was friendly and apologetic about the one error early on. Thanks.
