The worst! It was the most disgusting culinary class experience EVER…Chef Christen B made the class aware that this was her “second job” Literally it was a train wreck from the beginning to the conclusion. Immediately the dough recipe was wrong, the meat ratio was wrong. It is definitely not a hands on experience, we were not provided the recipe (we are suppose to get the recipe via email) nor did we see any of the ingredients. The majority of everything was pre made, pre measured and pre poured for us. The stations were shared and VERY tight. The food was absolutely disgusting, was not cooked throughly and was mostly (premade) dough was flavorless.We will never attend another class here nor would I recommend. I’m so happy I didn’t have to share a station with the girl at the other end that was licking her fork and poking and prodding the entire basket of dumplings before she finally put one on her plate. Horrible!
Chef Liza and her crew were amazing! The food and recipes were awesome! Happy birthday to my amazing husband. I can’t wait to do this again!
Chef Liza was a great mentor for our Anniversary gift and our Date Night in Paris cooking class! The vibe was it and the food was better, so much so that we would definitely come again if she were cooking a class. The store was price even with the 10% off coupon that comes with the class and we bought some pecan turtles that left much to be desired, but our class was so fin and Liza was so entertaining and passionate it'll make up for the bad Pecan Turtles!! Thank you Chef Liza for making this Anniversary special!
Chef Joe was awesome! I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect to learn much as I had made most of the menu before but I tagged along with some friends and we had THE BEST TIME. Chef was super knowledgeable and adaptable when things don’t always go as planned in a kitchen. We had a friend with us who had never even used a peeler before and myself, who worked in a demo kitchen, and we all had fun and learned. Truly something for everyone! We booked another class on the spot!
This was my first time taking a cooking class. I bought it as a treat for my daughter and I to enjoy. Chef Vinny was witty, amazing and the food was delicious! We will definitely be making this at home.
