Sure Thing was trustworthy, fast, and knowledgeable. Our plumber identified signs of termite damage so we called another pest control firm to inspect. They quoted us $1,500 to fix it with additional annual work with an annual fee. We wanted a second opinion so we reached out to Sure Thing as we've seen their trucks and have neighbors who have used them. They identified that the termite damage was old (prior to when we bought the house) and was already remedied properly. They showed us where the drill marks were located in the basement, garage, and sidewalks and were able to explain how the issue was resolved. They ultimately saved us thousands of dollars and I would recommend them for any pest control issues.

Sure Thing is the only pest control company I have ever used when living in Mason. We downsized and moved to a ranch with a pool. On 8/5 I called and Tammy answered and I explained I had them scheduled for the 16th, but our pool ladder broke on 7/31 and when my husband and son were installing the new one on 8/4, bees came from everywhere out of the pool posts. Tammy first told me they were completely booked for the week, but worked some crazy magic and sent me Joel Rodriguez out first thing in the am on 8/7. He is pictured for his customer service skills were outstanding and he was extremely detailed in explaining what he would look for, how to take care of it and what to look for afterwards. Upon completion, he informed me we also had yellow jackets and European Wasps. I asked if their passports were current? He went right along and said "They no longer need their passports!" Sure Thing Pest Control is the only company we will use for all our pest needs. They are great at what they do, but their customer service is amazing good. Regardless, of who I have worked with, they are always outstanding. Thank you Sure Thing for the exceptional customer service and technicians. UPDATE: Had to call my favorite pest control company again. Tara was wonderful on the phone. Very professional, friendly and gets you in quick. Matt and Dallas (new photo) went right to work and gave some wonderful advice. They were efficient and very professional and are great with humor. Until I need them again, best Pest Control in Tri-State area. Thanks again!

GOODBYE, ANTS! Excellent communication, fast response, and a great in-person experience. I reached out after-hours via the website, and Tara got back to me to help set up an appointment. Out tech Marcus was really awesome—on time, friendly, and super knowledgeable. He happily explained the 'whats and whys' of the service, and was very thorough. I'd absolutely recommend this company's services. Thanks everyone!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner Glen, sent his son (Corbin) out to do our termite treatment in April 2018. While out at our house, his son drilled holes through our concrete front step and through our basement ceiling drywall. This then has allowed water to leak into our basement. Glen sent someone to our house 4 times to "patch" the hole. We were assured each time it wouldn't leak again. Well, guess what, it has. After this company marred our home and allowed water to enter, Glen couldn't get a concrete person to come out and do a proper repair. His suggestion was that he file a claim through his insurance company, which he did. The insurance company is offering to pay for the drywall repair, but nothing with the source of the leak from the hole put in our steps. These holes are still leaking today. I called Glen today and he proceeded to lie and now tell me that the steps had issues prior to his son DRILLING HOLES THROUGH THEM. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. He told me that he will not help me get my steps properly repaired and that an engineer would say there were prior issues. I assure you that this house did not have issues with leaking prior to this treatment. We bought it in May 2017 and had a thorough inspection completed. Now I sit here in tears, as I have been patient and worked with Sure Thing on this since April. Now for some reason they have decided to lie and deny the damage they caused. Unfortunately, now I will have to look into a lawyer. I'm not sure what else to do. The photos attached were of the most recent rain fall and leak, taken on 12/8/2018.
