It was great coming here to do skills. There are modules where you can practice first and get the feel for how to do it correctly. The space was clean and nicely organized. Overall highly recommend to renew your certifications.

From start the finish, everything was great. The directions were clear and I was done with my skills session in about 30 minutes. I love that I get to do the study portion at home at my own time.. because with 4 kids, I really don’t have time to sit in a 3 hours class! Thank you SUREFIRE CPR!

There was a link that had videos of someone else practicing CPR on the mannequins, which was super helpful- on that same link showed a video of instructions on how to enter the building. Once I arrived to the room, I turned the light on, wiped down the mannequins with a sanitizer wipe, and then logged into the computer. You’re given multiple attempts to pass, and it will give you advice on how often you should compress/ventilate, when you switch, and how deep your compressions should go.

I had a great experience with Surefire CPR. The course was clear and easy to follow, and the skills assessment was straightforward. When I encountered issues with the manikins, the Customer Service team quickly assisted and helped me get back on track to complete my assessment. I highly recommend this program!
