I just got a basic $8.00 wash, though the signage out front posts $6.00. The guys give it a spray and soft brush over before going thru the wash. There are a few ways to pay at drive up machine, Card or cash. I think I noticed a lobby, gift shop, but didnt go in. I paid with $10.00 cash nd the machine gave back change. An attendant helped me, The wash, Its ok it left quite a bit of dirt on my car, as it's a drive thru, and thats why I dont pay for all the extras they could charge for, Wax, spit shine ect🤣 bring your own extras, I used my own wet n wax spray. After rolling thru the wash as I drove around to use the free! vacuums, A big ass bird shit on my car, hoping thats GOOD LUCK🤣🤣. The vacuums are self serve n free with any pd wash. I had to open all my doors to (clean) and dry all of my door frames n jams, and the dirt still on my car before vacuuming, and cleaning the inside, vacuum suction was decent, but take a little risk broom for your tight spots. The best thing about this place was all the guys ☆'s that work there, polite, helpful nd there was always someone in earshot to answer any questions, and they were constantly checking the vacuum pressure/ suction, which was great. They have a RR, it was clean, A plus, but needs the code #3194 if Im remembering correctly. Conveniently placed receptacles for garbage nd blue cans for ♻️ recycling. Tip 💸your attendants, they are out in the elements serving you!!! It was my first time there, I would definitely go there again. At this location it gets busy, and the staff REALLY need to enforce the 5 minute limit for vacuums. There will be people full on detailing their cars not even using the vacuum anymore. Meanwhile there’s a line of people waiting. I know it’s not their fault that people do this, but it’s their responsibility to enforce the limit. It’s posted on the wall but that’s not enough.

I like the convenience of different locations. Kinda bummed about the 1 air freshener limit with my 40$ a month pass but other than that its decent vacuums work well. Ashlan location is clean and usually busy. Also wish the wet the whole car before going in but usually only get one side. I understand short staffed just think that needs to be better.

I paid for the #1 option with all the bells and whistles, didn’t ask for a receipt, and the experience seemed to go too fast, faster than normal. I looked over at sign before leaving and it said #4 express. I understand express can be very lightweight, but I didn’t play for that. Oof. I suppose that was my last time.
