No where comfortable for parents to sit. Dirty bathrooms with no toilet paper, icy machine broken, unfriendly staff. Areas not open to use bc broken and low staff. Have to purchase the "new style socks" and can no longer wear the ones we purchased here previously. Next time ill drive to Yukon and go to Ground Control.
This was a nice place but customer service at the front was horrible we filled everything out online before we got there but the lady was just rude about the whole situation!!! Even gave my children attitude for asking questions! Most workers were careless about the rules but after we actually got to start jumping my family had a good time wish they had a lil more things to do I don’t see the point of a trampoline park but you can only do front flips no backflips or cool spins and tricks!!!
Had a b-day party for my daughter and a dozen or so friends and it was a very nice time. The process was smooth, the fees were clear, party host was great under pressure (lots of parties going on that weekend). Very pleased. Thank you for providing a memorable experience for my child.
It’s a very fun safe place for the kids. My boys loved it and always enjoyed their time up there even though we only get two hours up there but every time we go there in that two hours they burn so much energy that they get tired and we can come home to get some rest! We always enjoy going to birthday parties up here. Their customer service is good. Everyone is very friendly and the place is absolutely clean. They have plenty of people to watch the kids this place looks and feel very safe except the fact they don’t watch who’s leaving so you need to pay attention to your kid so you won’t leave the place
My grandsons enjoyed every minute. Jordan helped us understand the facility and the rules. She was so kind and friendly. My new friend Noah encouraged me to take pictures and recordings to capture memorable moments. Safety and fun were priorities with the entire staff. I appreciate how they interacted with the kids to ensure safe fun. We also enjoyed the arcade. Thanks to all for a great experience!! We look forward to seeing you soon!!
