I recently got my wedding dress tailored here and I cannot recommend it enough! Nina and her team did an amazing job. My dress was from azazie which is not the most luxurious place to obtain your wedding dress from but I loved my dress. It just needed to be taken in. They listened to all of my specific requests and it fit me like a literal glove! I felt beautiful and it was a large part due to Nina and the girls. 🩷

Susan is a master! I trusted her with a very difficult tailoring job for a very expensive dress. She impressed me with her expertise, clever design decisions, and affordable price. I now bring every tailoring job - big or small - her way, and give her name out to all my friends. 10/10!

Susan’s Dressmaker was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had… I dropped off 5 items that needed minor alterations. I was told they would be ready in a week 2 1/2 weeks later I checked in to see if there was an update… After what felt like pulling teeth trying to get any info out of them I finally got a response on a Friday. They sent me images to confirm which garments were mine (shocker they didn’t know which ones were mine and had misplaced them) they told me they would find them and have them ready the following Monday When I went in to pick them up I was charged full price. I politely asked if I could have a discount because of the delay (3 weeks delivery instead of the promised 1 week delivery) they agreed to take $5 off…. But when I was rung up they charged me full price! When I called them on it they played dumb as if it was a mistake…. All around horrible service. Very very poor communication. They are too busy and are very disorganized If you have all the patience in the world and don’t need your garments for at least a month then use at your own risk! You may never see some of your pieces again!

Nina is great! I've had her do many alterations, and I've had her make a couple of dresses based on a dress I took to her. Her prices are reasonable, she can do anything you want sewn, in a timely fashion. I'm so glad to have found her!
