Hyro Nick
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the way my appointment to view an apartment was handled by your office. I contacted your office by email three days ago to arrange a viewing. However, no clear appointment was confirmed in advance. Today, I received a phone call at 9:00 AM while I was at work, asking if I could view the apartment at 9:30 AM, which was extremely short notice and showed little consideration for my schedule. Despite this, I left work at 9:15 AM and sent a message at 9:27 AM informing your representative that I would arrive within 15 minutes due to traffic. Unfortunately, the response I received was very delayed and unprofessional. This experience reflects poor coordination and a lack of respect for a client’s time. As a customer, I expect clear communication and reasonable notice when scheduling appointments. I hope you will take this matter seriously and review how your team communicates with clients, as professionalism and respect should always come first.
