My scheduled videographer dropped the ball and Keida of Swannworks Films filled in at the last minute! He showed up extremely early at the venue (my father's funeral) to talk to the funeral director and to set up his equipment. He did an excellent job, we had a superior finished product, and he was responsibly priced! Keida is now our family photographer and we look forward to working with him in the future!

As soon as I got off my first phone call with Keida, I knew he was going to be my favorite wedding vendor -- and he delivered above and beyond all my expectations! We booked Keida at the peak of the initial covid outbreak in 2020 and he showed an immense amount of flexibility over the last ~two years of date changes & other unforeseen circumstances due to the pandemic. My husband and I finally tied the knot on 5/21/22 at Stanford Memorial Church with our reception at the Palo Alto Hills Golf & Country Club. Keida navigated all the over-the-top church rules like an absolute pro and made us feel so comfortable and at ease behind his camera throughout the day. He gave us the perfect amount of direction, he hyped us up about how he could already envision what the end video would look like, and he even sent a preview within 48 hours of the wedding day! I'm so grateful that Keida was with us during all the special moments throughout the day, capturing memories that we'll cherish forever. Great communication, booking process, and clear expectations for videography services. I booked Swannworks Films after working with Keida for previous weddings that I have coordinated as a wedding planner. When we were limited to a smaller guest count for our wedding due to capacity limitations during the pandemic, we decided to live stream our wedding ceremony for our guests that could not attend. Keida assisted with setting up the viewing platform on YouTube so that's our guests from out of state and even from other countries could tune in. We were given the link in advance so that it can be easily communicated to our guests. From the feedback that we received from our family and friends, the quality of the video and live stream was great, and they were so happy to be able to have tuned in to our wedding even in the midst of the pandemic. He was very clear with setting the right expectations from the beginning of our interaction during booking, and also professional and friendly on the wedding day. We were thankful that Keida captured our day and made it all possible for our loved ones to be able to join. Thank you Keida! My husband & I reached out to Keida a little over a year ago to discuss Videography options for our March 2021 wedding in Brentwood (ncal). From the jump, Keida has been an A1/ solid individual. We discussed how he & his wife work as a partnership, how he vibes with his clients , how the BayArea is his first home, and he sent us trailers to view (pre-consult appointment). This was huge for me! What I liked most about Keida, pre-booking, is how he showcased his work on IG & how flexible he was to the potential of CV canceling our wedding. It gave me all the RIGHT reasons to book, so we did it. Best decision ever!! Fast forward to our wedding day - Keida fit right into my bridal dream team. His professional, kind-hearted spirit, visible joy & excitement for our day was truly unbelievable. He & our photographer worked seamlessly together from the bridal suites glam shots, to the first touch, virtual ceremony video, vineyard Charlie’s Angels photos (this was epic) to the end of the night playing games with our family. Keida also did all of this in 95 degree heat. Not to mention he was down for a fun/fast go cart ride up thru the vineyards to create magical sunset photos & videos. I can’t wait to see the trailer !! Keida was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding day! He was super responsive, easy to work with and we are happy and delighted with our final product. Prior to the event, he was easy to get in touch with and was super easy to work with and was able to bring our vision to life. On the day of the event, he was upbeat, professional and incredible to work with. We got our videos back in a timely matter and the results were incredible. These are memories we will cherish forever and we are so grateful for Keida's work.
