I'm a long-time customer, and I'm sure that these chocolates will knock your socks off! They are truly delicious, clearly made with care and expertise. They have some interesting and delectable flavor combinations, as in the pistachio marzipan and California Republic (rosemary, lemon and olive oil). Other favorites of mine include the branchli, champagne and tea and bee. There are a great variety of chocolates, and you can either pick a couple, create a custom box or choose a pre-packed box. They also offer drinking chocolate and baked goods. First-time customers can get a free sample. I’m always impressed by the friendly and professional service, and the ambience of the store.

This place has very bad products and very expensive. Their customer service is very bad too. We bought almond cookies and different types of chocolates. The cookies became very hard next day. They became inedible. We left them a message about this issue with the woman who answered the phone who said the owner would call us about this problem. However, the owner never called. Yesterday, I went there to the store to talk them about it, but they didn’t care about happened and said they weren’t responsible for what happened as soon as the product is sold. We had to throw the cookies away. Some of the chocolates had a bitter flavor and had to throw them away too. All these great reviews posted about them are definitely fake reviews. I can’t imagine them having any repeated customers.

I stopped by with the kids I babysit and had a wonderful experience. The young worker was absolutely amazing! She was so incredibly warm, patient, and friendly with the kids, which made our visit feel special rather than just a quick stop! The Swiss chocolate is delicious, but the great service made it even better.
