hi, I am a bassist of over 50 yrs and have been dealing with my rep now at Sweetwater for over 3 1/2 yrs and I can not say enough about Mr Joey Bartoli. his knowledge is unbelievable and if he can not answer your question he refers to another sales rep that might have the answer or solution to your issue at hand. he is not going to sell you an item just to make a sale, he will guide along to see exactly what you need. he has guided me so much and helps me make the right decision on what I am looking for. in fact because of Joey I have quite an arsenal of pedals when he left Sweetwater for short time I was lost without him, being the rep they assigned me was not personable like joey was. I fact I felt like it was a bother for him to talk to me, I always felt uncomfortable with him to the point I stopped buying pedals being he showed very little interest in helping find the right pedal. in fact I felt like a paying customer with my rep before Joey Bartoli came back and now feel more like a valued friend than a customer. and in my opinion if you buy from another music chain your setting yourself up for a lot of frustration and failure. ya wanna succeed then reach out to a Sweetwater rep. I HIGHLY recommend Joey Bartoli

Staff is so personable and genuinely do whatever they can to make you feel at home. I’ve been going here for years, and they’ve been nothing but amazing the whole time. Easy returns, good pricing, and the sales staff is genuinely awesome, they will go out of their way for you!
