I just to sign up with this program and my information was given to someone else. They never call back or send me a email after I put my information in to inquire about piano lessons.

We have ordered a few supplies and music online from this store. They often have items that no one has in stock. They have gone above and beyond to establish a relationship and we enjoy the special attention from this company. We needed to cancel our most recent order due to a back order and we needed sooner. Erik emailed us to let us know; and when we needed to cancel a few days later, I emailed and they got back to us within a few hours with a call that they had canceled. We will make this our first choice for music supplies from now on.

First time to the store. Amazing. Attended a concert for the rock camp. Would highly recommend that program to any music student interested in playing rock! And super cool that they built their own venue! Good job sweetwater!

We came in to look at some electric drums and I was so impressed with their customer service!! Tamara Florentino greeted us right away in the music store. She asked how we were doing and what we were looking for. She was kind, genuinely interested, professional, sensitive to our budget needs and we are SOOO greatful!! She showed us some electric drums and we inquired on what would be durable for just starting out and her honesty and kindness and thoroughness was a breath of fresh air.
