Many years ago we had #5 then upgraded to #3. I forgot the on-site owners' name but he was alright. I'm certain Room 3 still smells like a brewery/ashtray.

Affordable rent for musical space. Owner and management are down to earth. Building is under video surveillance so property is safe for my equipment.

Rooms are alright, rent averages around 500-550 a month, don't believe them on A/C, it's just a fan! unless that's what they considered to be A/C 50 years ago...
