Love love this place! I’ve never been in person lol. But I have made several online orders and I’m always super pleased! The promptness with shipping is also wonderful. I ordered some dresses and they literally arrived the next day (I’m 400 miles away). Will always recommend! Thank you for offering such a wonderful variety of clothes 😊

I never post reviews but yall.. this is my FAV place to visit whenever I go to NOLA. The ladies that work there have such a good fashion sense & always always know how to put me in something that makes me feel good!! Following them on social media also gives me the best styling tips + a smile!

I purchased a $200+ Elliatt dress here last week that I loved and wore it to a rehearsal dinner this past weekend all for the zipper to break after 30 minutes of wearing it. I own a few Elliatt dresses that I always buy from boutiques to give them the business and love them for their quality, but was super disappointed when this happened. I called Swoon to see if they could do anything about this, and their advice was to call a seamstress and get the zipper fixed. I then reached out to Elliatt and since I didn't purchase from them, there was nothing they could do on their end. Super disappointing to not even be offered to speak to a manager/ them offer to reach out to Elliatt directly to see if anything could be done. This was one of my favorite boutiques in the area but I can't say I'll be shopping here any longer.

I absolutely love Swoon! One of my favorite boutiques to shop at in New Orleans. I love all the clothes too. It’s so cute, colorful, and always in style too. I’ve been shopping there for about 3 years now. Alyssa and the girls are so sweet too, always helpful as well! 💗🛍️

My go-to clothing boutique. First, the staff is amazing- responsive, sweet, knowledgeable--they carry the cutest styles, always modest and classy yet also fun and trendy. They are truly the best. Pretty sure 99% of my wardrobe is Swoon now!
