Unfortunately my experience with this group has really gone downhill. They used to be fantastic but now I cant get an email return, my BASS wasn't filed despite giving the info one month prior and i am looking at having to pay interest charges now plus having to just do it myself to get it done to avoid further charges. Tried to follow up 4 times and constantly ignored. 7 total un-responded emails in the last year - not one got a response. Changing accountants immediately - very poor customer service.
