I recently had my car repaired by the boys at Sydney Collision Centre and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and incredibly helpful. After a stressful accident, they made the process as smooth as possible—handling everything from the insurance paperwork to giving me regular updates on the repair progress. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything clearly.
I took my car to Sydney Collision Repair after an accident where the other driver was responsible. Sam and Ibrahim handled everything smoothly — even though I didn’t have third-party insurance, they managed the insurance process and played a key role in getting the job done. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They arranged a replacement car while mine was being repaired. The whole process was fast and efficient, and within a week, I got my car back. They also cleaned and polished it, making it shiny and looking brand new. The communication was clear, and the service was professional from start to finish. Ibrahim and the team at Sydney Collision Repairs were beyond helpful! They represented me in fighting for my claim against the other persons insurance company, saving me from all the hassle. They then scheduled a day straight away to bring my car in and organised a new car hire replacement. My car looks good as new again, and I am so happy and relieved to have all of this resolved!! They even took the liberty to clean the interior and exterior of my car!! 🚙✨ Best service, would recommend 100%.
Took my car in for repairs to the front bumper that was damaged and not sitting on the car correctly - one week later the car is ready to pickup - upon arrival I watch a worker go to drill my plates into my brand new bumper, lose grip of the drill and scratches said brand new bumper - I look over to Gary who looks the other way - was quite upsetting to say the least, these things happen but the least you could do is acknowledge it and apologise - I don’t say anything and move on. I then notice they’ve scratched one of my rims (all 4 rims were immaculate prior to drop off) Gary said he personally moves the cars around, has no idea what I’m talking about and would not take any responsibly for it - fine. I pay $2200 for the pleasure and leave - the very next day (Tuesday) I notice the front bumper has returned to its original position and is dangerously low to the ground - I call Gary but as I can only arrive 30mins before closing due to work - too bad I must wait until Saturday - so I drive my car as Is until Saturday, as instructed because “don’t stress we’ll take care of it” resulting in further damage as it was so low to the ground not fitted on the car correctly. I change my entire day around to arrive on Saturday morning only to be told I went there just so they could physically sight the car and they had no time to actually fix their poor workmanship until next week - when I complained about the muck around the father/owner basically said sorry we already did the job correctly and you must of damaged it yourself - pointing out the slightest little scrape underneath the bumper as if it would cause the bumper to come off, just like It was when I originally took it in there…. when I asked if could leave the car on-site so they could look at it when they had time time I was literally laughed at and told no we are too busy, they made me drive away in my damaged car that they caused to begin with, I then awaited a phone call to take it back in that I never received. Forced to spend more money elsewhere where I was told the front bumper was missing screws! The next panel beater also re aligned my headlights that these guys had stuffed up. I also still need to spend even more money to repair my rim. My view is never to publicly complain about a small family business but in this case, they have been very rude and are questioning my position. This attitude compelled me to write a review as they really need to build a customer focus to address their standards and behaviours. EDIT - poor response with the same poor attitude - addressing the irrelevant - nowhere above did I complain about the time frame or cost of “repairs ? They still haven’t addressed the fact their worker scratched my brand new bar… yes I apologised for complaining trying to keep somewhat of a relationship with the business so they’d fix their original mistakes but still to no avail. I went to three other panel beaters who all said there is no way that the little scrape on a front lip (pictured below) that these blokes are calling “visibly damaged” could cause the bar to fall down like that. They’ve obviously just corrected its position and failed to secure it correctly. Quick and not so lovely job. Also see photo of my $1500 rim clearly SCRATCHED not a “slight stone chip” ALSO now trying to try pin several bad jobs on the one customer 😂 get real
Incredible Service and Professionalism! I am so impressed with Sydney Collision Repairs Services and highly recommend them as the most professional and seamless service I've EVER experienced. After my car was hit, Sydney Collision Repairs fixed it with zero stress. On day 1 my interaction with Ibrahim and the team was incredible - they picked up my car from my house, offered me a loan car (I didn't need it but appreciated the option), and returned my car completely brand new in 4 days and in sparkling condition (They even cleaned and detailed the car afterwards). I highly highly recommend Ibrahim and the Sydney Collision Repairs.
