Meshell Harris the Director and the owner of this location are unprofessional. I cancelled an appointment for a consultation back in January. It has been 6 months now that I have been trying to reach someone about the $150 fee they require in order to book the appointment. I have emailed the Director numerous times and not one single email has been returned. I called numerous times and left messages and never got a return call from her. When I finally did reach her about my refund, she told me she wasn't in the office and would call me back later in the day. That was a month ago. No returned call. I finally reached her a few days ago and she told me the OWNER said he isn't giving out any refunds. I asked to speak to him. He now won't return my phone call. I have waited 6 months for these people to tell me NO they aren't going to refund my money for services THEY NEVER RENDERED. Nothing that I received from them says the $150 is non refundable. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. We never stepped foot in the location for the assessment. These people will never get my business. Do not use them. All they care about is money.
