Sylvan has been great for my daughter. She has improved in her reading and math skills and has a lot more confidence in her test taking skills at school. The instructors at Sylvan have been the very best.
We signed up our kids, 9 and 7, 4 months ago and they absolutely love coming here. They make learning fun for the kids and we’ve seen a noticeable improvement with their interest in learning as well as their test scores. As far as anything we’d like to see done different, it’s with the availability of the instructors. Our kids have their favorites, but they’re not always available the days they are.
My daughter is 7 years old, and we enrolled her at Sylvan Camden last summer when she was 6 to give her extra support with reading. She was a bit behind and wasn’t enjoying the process, so we wanted to help her catch up and build confidence. From the very beginning, the team at Sylvan was incredible! They conducted a thorough assessment, which aligned perfectly with what her teacher had observed. From there, they created a personalized learning plan and implemented twice-weekly sessions to target her needs. Over the past seven months, we have seen tremendous improvement. She is now almost fully caught up, and most importantly, she is so much more confident in her reading—which is such a relief as a parent. We plan to continue with Sylvan throughout the school year and summer, as their structured approach and consistency have made all the difference.
