I can’t say enough good things about Charlie. I came in with a vision for a meaningful piece, and he absolutely nailed it. Took my 15 year old granddaughter to get her navel pierced today. A little wait but very organized and worth it. The shop is clean and inviting. Justin did the piercing and explained everything to her as well as me. Has a nice personality and put her at ease. He did an excellent job and she is happy with it. I highly recommend him.

Lowkey rude front desk person. Just made me feel stupid and felt kind of judgmental instead of helpful. I heard the piercers are great and nice from a friend, but I can tell the front desk guy is rude to a lot of people and not just me. Even though I asked a simple question. Said I appreciated it a lot and bye, then the guy just instantly hung up as if I made him mad or something. Definitely will not be coming in for a piercing when I want another one, that interaction over the phone is enough to make me stray away from this place.
