So my mom’s roof in the sunroom was leaking water and it is predicted to rain for several days starting tonight In Tulsa. I called T-Town Roofing and spoke to Sergio. I explained our situation and that we just need it tarped because we are selling it as is. Sergio was out to Mom’s house within an hour, you all! He had to place several tarps but he got it done within 2 hours from when I placed my initial phone call. Amazing. Tulsa friends, if you need roofing help, go see SERGIO at T-Town Roofing! Gregg with T-Town Roofing was just at the house checking out the roof damage there may be. Gregg was so very professional. He is young, but don’t let that fool you. He is knowledgeable and explains things well. He is patient and doesn’t get frustrated with this silly older lady’s questions :). He is a very nice young man. His appearance was so neat. I had an overall very pleasant experience with him. I look forward to my next interaction with him. We called T-Town Roofing in March after several days of high winds and rain that damaged the rear slope of our roof. T-Town was at our house the next day and had an estimate for repairs ready in 24 hours. T-Town installed tarps over the damaged areas in case it rained while we waited for an adjuster and claims professional from State Farm to survey the damage. At every step of the repair and replacement process, T-Town was there to help. Their staff showed up on time, acted professional and responded quickly to all of our calls, requests and texts. T-Town’s five-man repair crew, led by Anthony, did excellent work replacing our back slope and thoroughly cleaned up the site when finished. We have satellite internet, and our internet service was never interrupted during the work even though the dish is located where shingles had to be replaced. The crew was careful to move the dish and replace it exactly in its original spot. Anthony also provided images of the repairs we used to file our claim with State Farm. This is the second time we have used T-Town after severe weather events, and both experiences exceeded our expectations.

Edit: Responding to the owner. No, this was not a result of wind damage. All the shingles that were falling off the roof were in the same section of the roof and none of the neighboring shingles showed signs of curling or any indication of wind damage. The shingles were not installed properly, plain and simple. About 4 years ago I had T Town Roofing replace our roof. A couple months ago some neighbors were having new roofing installed, one of the roofing companies noticed that my roof was missing a couple shingles. They asked me if I would mind if they did a free inspection to assess the damage, so I agreed. These are the pictures from their drone. We had 4 missing ridge caps in total. In one spot I was missing 3 consecutively and had the weatherproof membrane completely exposed. I had one strip of shingles missing entirely, and two adjacent ones barely hanging on. And they didn't cut the shingles with pointy edges pressing into our gutter. I called T Town a week ago, they said their installation quality warranty is only good for 3 years, so they charged me $800 to come out and fix their issues. They admitted that their installer probably was using their pneumatic nailer too far from the compressor, so the nails weren't going in all the way. All of these shingles and problems were on the same side of the house, which means likely more shingles will be coming down on that side. They patched our roof yesterday, and while they were there noticed a couple other places where the nails were coming loose. They replaced those shingles too. I said "This is supposed to be a 15 year roof that's coming apart after 4 years because your installers didn't do their job." They offered to fix any other problems for free for the next 3 months from yesterday. It's not nothing, but pretty close to nothing. So now we just have to continuously inspect our roof for the next 11 years or so and look for more falling shingles and bare spots and then pay out of pocket again to fix the original installation.
