Hands down the best gym experience I’ve ever had. Tactical Elite Gym is more than workouts — it’s accountability, discipline, and family. The new owners are always present, building community, connecting with members, and making sure everything runs smoothly. The coaches/trainers push you while still making you feel supported, and the training environment keeps you coming back. Everyone here wants to improve, and that energy is contagious. If you’re tired of crowded commercial gyms where no one helps you, this local gym is the place to be. Worth every minute and every dollar. #GymFam 💪

I’ve been working out at Tactical Fitness in Garland for a little over a month now, and so far it’s been great. The gym is always clean, they have pretty much every piece of equipment you could need, and I’ve never had to wait around to use anything. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the best part is that it’s never crowded. It’s been an awesome place to stay consistent with my workouts. Highly recommend! Aashish.

I’m new to this gym and to see the front desk girl to see them making out while I’m walking past that’s nasty and awkward please go somewhere more private for that or do it when your home. This a gym not a club or makeout sesh please talk to your employees that’s not acceptable

I’ve been training here for almost a month. This was exactly the sort of gym I’ve been looking for. They have every bit of equipment I need and the facility, while a bit small is very well maintained. I wish I could give it 6 stars.

I love The Tactical Gym. I've been doing nutrition and bodybuilding with Joaquin and Adriana for over a year now and love them both. They are super knowledgeable and stay in amazing shape themselves. There is a wide variety of equipment in the gym and I can always get in there and get out quickly without fighting the crowd of the normal commercial gym goers. Everybody is respectful of your belongings and your space! 5 days a week you'll see me in there! 🖤
