While RVing, stopped in Ventura to take boat to the Channel Islands on a Sunday. We needed to drop off our dog at a doggy daycare for 4 hours. Called 4 places with high ratings and no one answered. The boat rental company gave me Tail of Success number. I called Roy last minute and he couldn't have been more polite and accommodating. I brought our dog over 30 minutes later and his place was new, spotless and filled with happy dogs. He communicated with us via text for updates, sent a video and even took him for a walk. He was a true lifesaver! 5 Star rating!

My shelter dog Jessie (German Shepherd) never displayed aggressive behavior, then unprovoked she attacked a puppy. Mortified, I was lucky to find Ray King. He began her training at a very basic level with a muzzle. She tried 8 times to attack Ray each time he gave her a correction. Ray is such a miracle worker and truly knows dog behavior, and Jessie loves him now. He did exactly what I paid for, Jessie can now roam the Kroll dog park with no muzzle, no leash, and NO aggressive behavior toward small dogs. He even taught her to not respond when attacked if it's just a typical "back off" growl or snap from other dogs. Ray has a real love for dogs and a passion to help them and help their owners. He is a veteran and his military discipline shows in his methodical training programs. I highly recommend Ray, if you put in the work consistently according to his program, you will get the results you want and your dog will be happier.
