Just moved to Mesa a week ago. Joe and Zar (sp) are the best. I had a tear in my slacks, they had it fixed up and I was in and out within minutes of my visit. There’s no doubt I will be coming back to Tailor Hero’s.

Just wow. Wife brought a bunch of shirts in a couple weeks ago to be hemmed. Not only were they late getting them back to us, but my wife had to go back twice in the same day to pick them up because they still weren't ready. Upon picking them up, no two shirts are cut the same. None of them are cut properly, the bottom cuts aren't even straight, and what I'm most upset about is that my wife actually paid you. I would have left and let you keep the shirts to continue practicing on; it's obviously needed. And don't act like you're the only tailor in town that can do anything. In every one of the negative reviews against your company you try to clap back saying you're the only person in town that can sew something. Utterly hilarious that you think so highly of yourself like you invented the needle or something. We can go back and forth with the petty bad mouthing all you want; but the fact of the matter is you butchered those shirts. The sleeves are so short there is no way to make them right. Even all of your "magical" skills could not fix what you screwed up. Giving a $20 credit on a $200 hem order of $70 shirts where the shirts are not fixable is not doing anybody any favors. The real favor you could do is close up shop until you figure out how how to sew properly, how to spend more time sewing and less time trying to one up your reviewers, and how to set realistic expectations for your workflow. Beware consumer, I would take nothing more here than a Walmart t-shirt.

Tailor heros made 3 of my groomsmen suits, my dads suit, altered my husband's suit, my step-dads suit, and our best woman's suits. They are friendly, talented, and do their absolute best to follow through on what you ask of them. I went to every fitting and appointment their custom suits are top quality and my husband actually wished he got his from them instead of ordering online. This store are fairly priced and decent turnaround time. I would absolutely come here again-all they ask is that you give them the time your clothes deserve to fit you the best it can because it takes time to get it right.

Miracle workers and amazing service! I had to bring in my brother’s jacket for a last minute alteration, WITHOUT him present to be measured, and they were able to tailor his jacket using just his measurements. Very impressed and appreciative that they accommodated us and such a strange tailoring request. Would definitely go back here for future tailoring needs. Thank you!

Good work, bad communication, and not punctual. I brought a dress in to be hemmed and the elastic sleeves taken in. They gave me an ETA of 2.5 weeks out, which was 8/23. 8/23 came and went, no call. I called them on Monday 8/25 & left a message to see if it was done, no call back. Finally on Wednesday 8/27 I go in to the shop and the dress was not done. He remembered that I needed it for a wedding that weekend, but had to get to other orders that were more urgent (I was leaving on Friday AM 8/29). He agreed to have it done by 2:00 the next day (Thursday 8/28). I did get a text at 1:30 to let me know that my dress was done. When I picked it up, he was not there, but his wife was. I asked if there was a discount for the dress being 4 days late with no communication…. Her reply was, “Did I discuss a discount with her husband?” I said no… So no discount. :/ I understand that things happen, I am a small business owner myself, but the lack of communication, with the apparent lack of regard for my time is not professional. Thankfully the work was correct and well done, otherwise I wouldn’t have had a dress to wear to this wedding. The quality of work is the only reason I am not giving a 1 star… If you go there, they are friendly, and I’m sure the work will be correct, but as other reviews mention, they are not timely, so go somewhere else if you need something by a specific time.
