10/10 recommend this business. We used it to ship our cats from Hawaii to Uk. This was so stressful because we found out that they would need to be shipped but Erica helped us every step of the way. Until they cats left for the Airline and even followed up to let us know they were safe at boarding in Dallas. She was able to accommodate on the spot adjustments when the airline said the cats should be in a bigger carrier for their comfort. She was an extra one brought to the cargo shipping area for them. Erica was so kind to us and the kitties. Thank you Tail movers and Erica. You made the experience great.

Our family had to PCS quickly, and within two days of contacting Tails, we were able to get my dog booked in their boarding facilities and his flight secured without any issues. Communication was so wonderful when getting everything planned out, and they gave me regular updates on my dog during his flight. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and I’d highly recommend using Tails Movers and Tails of Hawaii for your pet. They seriously made this process so easy for us, and saved us from so much stress.

Dory absolutely loves going to Tails. She can barely control her excitement when she sees her favorite aunties and uncles. Tails has been a godsend. They take such good care of Dory from playcare, boarding, and training classes we done it all and couldn’t be happier with the services.

We absolutely love Tails of Hawaii my 2 pups go there for play care, boarding and grooming. My furbabies are always happy, excited and having so much fun whenever they go there. Their staff is also amazing, they are friendly and always take good care of my pups. I would highly recommend this place, it’s definitely worth it! 😊🤙🐶🐶💕
