Roger who claims he’s the manager would not fix my membership, which Ive paid for for two years. I’ve never had any issue with any other location from Memphis to Lebanon, Tennessee. But he refused me a car wash saying my membership didn’t link to anything, even after showing them active membership, confirmed with Lebanon, Tennessee that I have a membership, and showed a bank statement where I’m receiving withdrawal. Instead of fixing my account he said “can’t do anything”. Do better… the location down the road at Union said they could see my membership and everything was great.
