Went for an oil change that cost me 80$ into having to pay 2,000$ because they didn’t screw the plug back in correctly. All the oil fell from my car without me knowing because I trusted the man working on my car and it made my motor locked. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT INSTEAD. SMH SHAME ON YALL!

I experienced my first time going to Take 5 for my oil change, and it was a pleasant experience. Staying in my car n the wait was nice because I didn't have to get out into the cold. I will return again.

Came had oil changed 10 days ago no issues before take 5 changed my oil. After I started noticing a persistent leak so took my car back to get it fixed they told me hold on let us check the cameras came back said they did everything correctly yet they saw a leak. How if they did everything correctly it was leaking. Would not recommend this place

This is probably the best service I’ve ever received! I was welcomed by a young man named Isaac. He greeted me with a smile and a water. He is the one who talked to me about prices and he even gave me a $10 off ! He showed me my air filter and my ac filter and they were filthy. He then explained to me how important they are for my car. He then talked to me about my antifreeze and recommended a flush. He was very respectful very considerate very polite very caring. I told him he has a very bright future ahead of him and he should keep going and never stop for someone so young he definitely knows what he’s doing and I highly recommend him to every customer. If I could give 10 stars I would this was the best service I’ve ever received these guys are great.

Best customer service ever! I came in an hour before close and Isaac was happy to help me! I love the professionalism this young man showed and his knowledge on cars was very helpful to me as I know nothing about cars at all. I felt very comfortable and it was convenient. I will be coming back! Very trustworthy.
