Like many others, my car was worked on by unqualified workers or people not paid enough to pay attention. Received an oil change and coolant exchange. Oil was overfilled at this location. I returned to report this and the adverse reaction my car was having (including check engine light coming on) and they tried to blame my coolant. Really? Upselling instead of taking responsibility? My car is about 8 years old, not new, but it is well cared for. I had to get nearly $1500 of repairs, all of which had just been performed 6-7 months prior. Take5 won’t take liability and have lost a years long and loyal customer. Absolute crooks. Save yourself the trouble and go to a mom and pop shop. PS the response below is automated and looks like a local number. It connects to someone at take 5 HQ who will keep you on hold for 30 minutes and lie to you up and down.

Where do I start. 1st off. I will not be coming back to Take 5 Oil Change. The air compressor was not working and the technician actually deflated my tire to where the warning light came on. I was low on Windshield washer fluid. They added a couple of bottles of water 💧 Smh. I told them that I needed to be topped off with coolant since my reservoir was empty. They said ok. Plus I asked for my normal oil change. SYNTHETIC!!! They also told the my air filter was a little dirty. When they were done the Price was nearly $300. Mind you, I only came here for an oil change and to be topped off with antifreeze. Now I would've never guessed in a million years that antifreeze was nearly $150. Had They told me the price, I would've NEVER EVER AGREED to this place messing with my coolant. My car runs cool all day everyday. Just needed to be topped off. I could've done $30 bottle of antifreeze and poured half of it in myself. Take 5 ripped me off. I left this place Broke with a nearly flat tire with water for windshield washer fluid. Stick a fork in it. Im Done

Went for a routine oil change on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 2 PM that was $108. Drove home to leave for a road trip the next day. Realized upon arrival to Tulsa from Houston, my car was leaking oil the entire drive. If you want your drain plug cross threaded and stripped, causing you to lose all your oil and need a new oil pan along with new synthetic oil 2 days after paying $108 for said oil change, then this is the place to go. I have called and left the shop manager a message with details and to return my call ASAP. I will update and/or delete this review if and when the shop manager calls me back and refunds me for my oil change, a new oil pan and new synthetic oil + nearly giving me and my family a heart attack. But thanks for the free water and nearly blowing my car up. See attached pics for details.

Mike gave great customer service and Eli gave me quality work, as well as, spending time answering my questions. Nice guys and reasonable prices is all I can ask for. This is going to be my regular location for all future oil changes.

Went in for a routine oil change, when i pulled in (per their direction )something my tire rolled over in the bay, blew my tire out. I watched as the attendant who guided me in looked at the tire and went to the manager who said " people run over that all the time that never happens" he eventually came over and was like " yeah your tires flat" no one seemed concerned really. The attendant who guided me in came and apologized at the end. The manager wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Later when they changed the oil. They didnt even check the air on the rest of the tires. So $86 for an oil change, and $200 for a new tire after running over something in their facility. Fun morning.
