His professionalism and friendly nature stood out throughout the journey. He guided us seamlessly through Niagara Falls on the US side. The Niagara experience was truly unforgettable because of his planning. Every detail was well explained and perfectly timed. The Cave of the Winds experience was thrilling and well organized. Jason ensured everyone was safe, informed, and enjoying the moment. The Balloon Ride experience was another highlight of the tour. Jason coordinated everything smoothly and calmly. He was always attentive to every tourist’s needs. No question ever went unanswered. He managed a diverse group with patience and positivity. Time management throughout the tour was excellent. We took 4 days tour from NY to Philadelphia, DC, Niagara and Boston. Enjoyed the tour, though is long distance traveling and fast pace, Angie and the driver are very professional. They always keep us informed and have enough break in between. Though It was a big group, Angie can manage the tour very well and make sure everyone is taken care of (eg: make sure the dietary preference). Hotel provided also comfortable and clean. Thanks a lot.
