Stopped by with coworkers for lunch and was not disappointed! We all had the spicy tantan and the level of heat was great. Takoyaki were ok but the star were the salt and pepper fried clams. They were fantastic and went great with beer! Will definitely comeback. Quick note, there is free parking behind the building up the ramp towards the apartment building.

GREAT PLACE!! Amazing ramen, my favorite actually and I used to live in Toronto and have tried many ramen places. Better than Sensotai, better than Kinton, this place hits all the right spots. I especially love the edamame (it comes with different spices), the sesame salad and the tonkatsu and the miso ramens. They also have Wagyu that you can add to your ramen. ITS ALSO VERY AFFORDABLE!

Great food, amazing portion, quick service and relaxing ambience. Price point wise is quite reasonable as well. We ordered Tonkotsu black ramen, Japanese curry chicken don and takoyaki. Everything looked exactly like how the photos were presented on the menu. For customers' convenience, there are many parking spots available behind the restaurant and it's fairly easy to navigate. The employees are friendly and attentive. You don't have to wait to get your water filled up! They'll do it before you get the chance to even ask 😉 If you're in a hunt for heart warming Japanese food, this is the place to visit. 🍲

Delicious spot for ramen! We went for lunch just after opening on Tuesday. The server was very friendly. Because my choice of broth was not ready yet and there would be a 25 minute wait, she brought out a complementary item. Food was great! The Spicy ramen with ground pork that I had was awesome! The gyozas were excellent! Parking lot behind the building and up a level is tricky to find and could use some signage to direct customers.

We stopped by Taki Ramen for lunch and had a mixed experience. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the staff made sure we were comfortable. A nice bonus—there’s parking available right behind the restaurant with a separate entrance, which makes it convenient. The restaurant itself was clean, quiet, and relaxed, making it a good spot for a low-key meal. We started with a few appetizers and really enjoyed the asari fry (crispy salt & pepper clams)—definitely a highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the ramen itself was a bit underwhelming for us. The noodles were overcooked, and the broth lacked depth compared to what we’ve had at other ramen spots. One thing we noticed is that there isn’t an option to choose between thin or thick noodles—it’s just their standard size, which might limit the experience for ramen lovers who prefer customization. While the service and appetizers were great, the ramen didn’t quite hit the mark for us. With so many ramen spots offering bold flavours and customizable options, we’re not sure if we’ll be back.
