The attendant was excellent in recommending wines to sample and his preferences with each one. His great personality made my stop well worthwhile.

As a wedding planner & former bride, I love Talon Winery!! The venue space is beautiful, includes tables, chairs and twinkling lights & the grounds make for an incredible guest experience! I love how the barn feels like Kentucky, but the Vineyard is the perfect touch to soften everything for a dreamy Kentucky wedding day!! I loved getting married at Talon Winery because Jill is easiest to work with and so very kind, the bartenders did a great job and our experience was so positive!! As a planner I continue to have wonderful wedding days at Talon!! Highly recommend!!

This is a really great venue! My wife and I went there to try their wines. They have some really great wines. Thank you, Joy, for doing such a great job, and 5 stars to you individually for the job you did. They also have music performances and tours. I highly recommend visiting them.

My absolute favorite winery in the Lexington area! They have an excellent variety of dry and sweet wines that will satisfy everyone. It can be hard to find local wines that aren't too sweet but their menu really fits the bill. The bottles are reasonably priced for the good quality and there are so many places to sit and enjoy. The small house is filled with fun trinkets and the views are of the rolling hills and vines. Their outdoor seating is plentiful with a covered patio and scattered picnic tables. There is live music on Saturdays that really elevates the atmosphere. Their wine club is also very reasonable with varying options to fit your needs.

I photographed Brandon and Sara's wedding here in 2020. It is a beautiful winery to have your event at and I highly recommend it. The tasting room also has a second floor that is great for a bridal suite, which means you can get ready on the property! Make sure you look for the lake at sunset. It makes a great photos spot.
