After screening many roofing contractors, although not the least expensive, Tampa Bay Roofing was my choice. Nick, the sales person's initial presentation clearly understood a buyer's risk and along with the quote he included their DPBR License and COI Certificate of Insurance. He has consistently been the lead and never fails to follow through. The crew of at least 9 workers arrived timely, posted the permit and they were amazing to watch! They are well trained and the lead rarely gave direction because they knew the plan for completion. Arrived at 6:30am and completed 30 squares by 1:00pm. Extremely entertaining because the crew was like a symphony...they each knew their part and performed their part. Subsequent to completion, the area was cleaned and they finally took a break to eat. Amazing work ethic...I highly recommend them!
This company is so far the best roofing contractor I have worked with. They are extremely responsive, the personnel is well educated and answered all of my questions. They were very punctual and completed the Job in a timely manner. After 6 months of installation My AC contractor realized they forgot to install a hanger for my AC when replacing the roof, and I let them know. Chris, the owner, called me directly and cover the cost of the installation! this is what i call a Great Service! Totally recommended! PS: The best prices for the service in the Area!

I recently hired Tampa Bay Roofing services to replace the roof on my home and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. They took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof, explain my options and provide a detailed transparent estimate. The ladies in the office were exceptional and deserve extra recognition! The best way to explain it would be to ask me if I would hire them again to replace the roof and the answer is absolutely yes.
Experience was easy and efficient. Following the instructions provided expedited turnaround time, I had my roof order placed, installed and inspected, completing the full process within 2 weeks. Everyone at Tampa Bay Roofing Services was prompt, professional and very communicative. Dennis Wood and Andy's Crew were excellent! It took them two days to remove the old roof and install the new one (including replacing a couple boards) and they cleaned up well each day and took great care around my home and landscape. Dennis gave updates frequently and altered his schedule to accommodate our needs. I chose Tampa Bay Roofing Services (TBRS) based on BBB feedback and online reviews and they did not disappoint. I also selected TBRS because they are a local company and give back to the local community. The entire experience was flawless and professional, I highly recommend TBRS, you will not be disappointed. Update: 03-22-2025 we recently put our house up for sale, the buyers inspector came (after 6 days on the market) and his words "the roof is strong and beautiful, this is the best roof I've ever seen!"
