When we first discovered this place near us we were super happy with the prices and ambiance. The food was good for the price...that isn't the case anymore. In less than a year (since May 2025 when we last ordered) they've nearly doubled their prices for most of the menu. I appreciate the owner's response to my review, thank you. I can give more details: They literally have seafood soup for $40 a portion...what?? Mexican food is supposed to be humble. I have ordered the Al pastor torta three or four times and it's different everytime. It has never once had all the ingredients listed in the menu description (which are avocado, lettuce, tomatoes and salsa, in addition to the meat). It usually just has beans and the meat...which makes for a very incomplete tasting torta. Also, they suddenly raised the price from $9 to $16. If it's never even made correctly why would I pay $16? If the food had been incredible, I'd be ok paying more...but it isn't. The food definitely isn't worth the price anymore, especially considering the inconsistencies.
We sat ourselves at a table in a lower area but we were asked to move to an upper area. Unfortunately we were barely seen. We ordered a drink tower, soft drink and lemon water. We only received the drink tower. We had to ask other staff for things and unfortunately they went to our server with what we needed and we never received it. One of our guests arrived after we ordered and never ordered food because of how long it took for the server to come (not) to the table. The food was decent. The chicken and shrimp fajita was dry. Waited forever for the bill. We had to go to the counter for the bill and had to go back to pay. We won’t be back
Amazing Bar/ restaurant fusion. Booths are a little small, but the food is great and authentic.
Came in on a Saturday at 5pm. Had 1 1/2 break from work. We were greeted and told to find a table. Not busy at all. Server came, brought us chips and enough salsa for 1/4 of the chips. We did not order drinks. My husband ordered chicken fajitas and I ordered a shredded chicken taco salad. After 10 minutes, the server brought our meal except, uh oh,it wasn't the right one. Wrong table! I told him the quesadilla on this massive plate with sides looked great but wasn't what I ordered. He took it away. My husband started getting his tortillas ready and was eating some rice off the second plate they brought for the fajitas when the server returned to say the fajitas order wasn't his either. The took it away after it sat on our table for at least a minute or more. While my husband didn't touch it, we hoped it wasn't put in front of someone else because I know I wouldn't like to eat food that set in front of somebody else and the server left it for a bit. Well, 10 minutes later we get our meal. My husband's fajitas looked good; he enjoyed them. I got my taco salad. I started to mix the ingredients in the taco shell only to find it was a soupy mess. The taco bowl broke open due to the queso cheese that was poured into the bowl and it made the lettuce soggy and looked more like taco soup than taco salad. I got the menu to see what was supposed to be in it and it said there was supposed to be beans and tomatoes. Tomatoes??? The server came over, I explained it was mess and he offered to remake it. Yay. A while later another server brought out another one. See pictures. Still no tomatoes. Still soupy, I didn't eat any of it. They didn't charge me for it, I left hungry after eating one of my husband's fajitas and no dinner. Last visit. No thanks.
High end prices for mediocre tacos. Nothing spectacular about this place. Make sure you read the prices and fine print before ordering. $18.72 for 4 Fountain drinks is crazy. My 9 year old ordered 3 basic beef tacos nothing special and was asked if she wanted cheese and sour cream. She said yes, little did we know each topping was extra they even charged for the tortillas separately! Call me crazy but shouldn't the tortillas come with the taco price? No rice or shredded lettuce, no sides just 3 basic tacos. Since the chicken wings were $16.36 I figured they'd be jumbo wings or even regular sized wings. Oh boy was I wrong, They were more like pigeon wings they were so tiny. I added a picture with a wing on my Costco card for size. 18% gratuity is ridiculous seeing that I had to get up and find the waitress for more salsa and chips. $27.18 was the tip. I would have gave her $20.00 only because she didn't tell us about all the extras, even the chips and salsa were $8.30 extra. $47 for non alcoholic drinks is insane. 4 Pepsis and 3 horchatas $47. Prices do not match atmosphere or food.
