Wow! I was impressed with this whole process. Kolby Marlow with Tarrant Roofing did a great job walking me through and helping me work with my insurance company. The claim approval process took a bit of back and forth after they initially denied my claim. Kolby stayed persistent and provided me all the documents to get my claim approved. Today they did the install and it was so fast and clean.

Had a great experience working with Tarrant Roofing and Cole J. who helped us through the whole process (insurance claim, inspection,...etc.). I have sent dozens of roof sales guys away over the years, but Cole came across as more honest than others. Our roof was torn off and put back on in the same day - which was amazing and helpful to have it done so quickly. Pic is from ~3pm the same day they started and crew were already cleaning up.

We had a great experience with Tarrant Roofing. We worked closely with Cole J. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and consistent. We weren't ready right away when we first met him but his politeness, thoughtfulness, and patience won us over. When it came to making a decision, he was the sole reason why we went with Tarrant Roofing. He sat down and went over all the paperwork and answered all our crazy questions. Tarrant Roofing was awesome to work with from the first meeting with our rep, Cutter. He was professional from day one, and was present throughout the entire process (even the installation day). His supervisor Jeremy came by during the contract signing and he was great as well. The crews were fast and efficient even though the weather was hot the day of installation. Cutter even stepped in to work with my insurance company to get the ball rolling with my insurance coverage. Highly recommend this roofing company!
