I highly recommend Tate and Son for home remodeling jobs, both large and small. They are incredibly responsive and take the time to listen to what you want to accomplish. Shawn, will go the extra mile to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the job and make fantastic suggestions along the way to help guide you through your project....we all know these jobs can be overwhelming at times. They offer competitive pricing and don't put you on the back burner for larger jobs. I'm highly satisfied with the work they did on a move in remodel like I just finished with them. Recommend! I had all flooring replaced, new electrical system, lighting, chimney work, patch work and paint in closets, kitchen sink area reconstruction. Also, I had a long list of things to get fixed from an inspection report. Very happy with all the work completed!

Shawn came highly recommended and lived up to the recommendations. We needed a bathroom remodel to remove a bathtub and replace with a shower so that we could access with a wheelchair. We found Shawn through a recommendation, he’s professional and listened to what our needs and worked with our budget. We needed new look to our home daycare. it was high time. He came with the best idea of raising the floor up which none of other contractors we spoke gave us that idea. we ended up adding entertainment center because we were so pleased with their work. His team Enrique we had a easy time talking the process and worked after out business hours so it doesn’t interfere our children Enrique is knowledgeable and always listen to us worked this whole project with a big smile. I was extremely impressed from start to finish with Shawn Tate and Son Construction Company and his amazing work crew (Alfonso Martinez and family). We had an extensive conversion of our detached 100 year old plus garage into an office/guesthouse for me to work from. The garage was in complete disrepair (before and after pictures provided for reference). The job was done extremely well, the crew was able to work with installation of historic items such as antique French doors and a huge Stainglass window. The work was executed just wonderfully. Every attention to detail was paid. Every consideration was made to ensure the look of the remodel matched the main house, which is historic. Any concerns or minor tweaks were addressed immediately. Helpful suggestions along the way were offered for consideration. The job was done earlier than expected. I am so very happy to work in this company.
