Reset Appliances was the 4th and only company to actually answer my call (the owner Rashad answered); all the others rolled into voicemail. He promptly sent his technician, Rick, over to evaluate what exactly which repairs needed to be made. These were as follows: Diswasher: Thermadore. Issue: Broken hinge, so, lots of water was pouring out during a wash-cycle. Sub-Zero 48" Fridge-Freezer: Water leaking from Ice Maker. Additionally, a deep cleaning of the compressor was needed. Rick ordered the parts and came back within a few working days and successfully did all the repairs for the quoted price. As part of this work he also replaced the ice maker water filter. One key point: This was for one of my rentals in San Diego. As a remote landlord, I, too often, run into too much drama with repair guys. Not with Reset Appliances. They are straight shooters, no drama, no games and nice guys to work with. Long story short: I will absolutely use Reset Appliances the next time I need any appliance repair work in San Diego. When I arrived home from work on Friday I realized our oven would not heat. I called RESET appliance and was able to make an appointment that same weekend and had rhr option for Saturday or Sunday at no extra charge. I scheduled for Sunday afternoon and Nick from Reset Appliance repair called the same day to see if he could arrive early, which was great! He showed up promptly and quickly diagnosed the situation as a faulty igniter. He had the part with him and was able to complete the repair in under an hour. The repair price was fair and came with a 90 day warranty. I appreciated Nick’s promptness, professionalism, and price and would recommend RESET Appliance repair to anyone. I certainly will call them again for any future appliance repair needs!
