Andrea thyfault is the best tax person I have ever encountered in my entire life. She is genuinely a good person and cares and wants to help. Tax help will be my go-to solution for the rest of my days and I will point my children in the direction of tax help when they start their own businesses. Don't waste your time going to other places. I’ll give a 5 star once the owner explains the reasoning for advertising on our church bulletin just to turn down new clients? Seems impractical. I understand the volume can be overwhelming, but it’s apparent you are not seeking new clientele. Therefore it must just be to support the church I presume. Let me know! Thanks!

I have been going to Tax Help for over 15 years and worked with Duff, Andrea and now Kent. Everyone is super friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Love the front desk team as well! They have always been fair to me and take the time to explain something to me. I am an Illinois resident but come back "home" to do taxes here. Highly recommend!
