I love Mrs Keesha!!!!! This is my 3rd year filing with her...she's PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, and every PROMISE she made was followed through!!!!! I would trust this woman with MY LIFE!!!!! (And she's only my tax preparer) 10 out of 10 I RECOMMEND!!!!! *plus if you need an advance, she has a 98% acceptance rate with the banks😁 in other words...file with TAX PROS DFW NOW, thank me LATER👌🏾💯

I've been with Nakeesha and tax pros DFW for many years and have always been greatful for her services. However given my recent encounter with her I would highly recommend to take your business elsewhere. My return was held due to a mistake on her end (miscalculation/she stated I made more when I made less) which resulted in the IRS holding my refund for almost a whole year. Throughout the holding period she only sent texts asking for updates. But no work on her end was done to help me fix the mistake she made. She made no calls to the IRS or tax advocate line on my behlf. She did not mail or fax anything. I received no true assistance whatsoever other than "what's the update". I only received my refund because of what I had to do WITHOUT her help. And during the last time she contacted me she mentioned she would reimburse me the tax preparer fees because she didn't want to lose me as a customer and me getting my money back was far more important than her losing a valued customer. But to my surprise once I had received my refund today, she kept her fees and was extremely rude and unprofessional in both text messages and on Facebook when I asked if she could send it back to me. She removed the post I made on her page regarding her unprofessionalism but my mother and I have screenshots of all that was said underneath it including her saying "why am I mad about her lil ole fees" as well as other unruly things as if money was the issue. But the true issue was her disrespect, deceitfulness, and arrogance throughout the whole situation . I had only asked for what she promised she would pay back because of her mistakes and yet when asking nicely I was met with evilness. I have more of an issue with her calling herself a woman of God but acting in such a disgusting manner to me and my mother than her keeping the money. But nonetheless everything she deletes in secret will be brought to the light by God himself. I am more than grateful for finally receiving my money because the amount I received is beyond a blessing (I lost my apartment,job , and car during tax season so a delayed return definitely put me and my 3 daughters in a bind. Causing me to move in with my mother) so the fact I got anything back is a blessing. Again this review is just stating the principle of it all and making note that during hard times , Nakeesha more treats her long time clients with disrespect once she receives her cut. This review is valid. I have paperwork and screenshots of my previous review from years ago as well as my personal documents from the IRS that show her errors. We are friends on Facebook. I even have her personal number and email. I am in their system and she even knows my mom. If this review gets deleted I will continue to post it everywhere I can and everywhere she takes it down because the truth cannot be hidden. God bless you all.
