After being recommended by a friend I was utterly disappointed to be met with such a rude man over the phone this morning. As a first time landlord I had a few simple questions and I was simply seeking advice (that I said that I was willing to pay for of course) and I was met with the response that it wasn’t possible to pay for an appointment, unless I wanted them to prepare my tax return. Seeing as I would need this doing for 3 months of the last financial year, as well as this financial year eventually I then went on to enquire about how much this service would be and if they were taking on new clients. I was met with an angry and frustrated tone with the man saying he wasn’t prepared to tell me this as I am clearly not serious about engaging. I was utterly shocked and have never been spoken to in this way on the phone before. I understand that you are ridiculously busy and clearly my portfolio of 1 property is not of interest to you but I hope that you never speak to anyone like this again as I was purely looking for a bit of direction having never done this before.

We have used Tax Assist Cardiff for over 20 years and have always been amazed at the excellent, personal service. Nothing is ever a problem and you always get a very swift response from all members of staff. I cannot recommend them enough. Fabulous people to work with.
