The team are diligent, supportive and always ready to help with any query, I feel they are a complete extension to my business and happy with the service. The only slight challenge I had was with some of the set up with the Receipt Bank and Quickbooks integration but the guys in the office resolved my queries quickly. This challenge could be removed completely if a non-generic set of guidelines was available as this is where i went wrong when going through the RB and QB set up - Couldn't be happier with them

I am just starting off in self-employment and I was adviced to use TaxAssist Accountants. They gave me an hour accessment, where they explained everything I needed to know, which was the best option for me at the time and why as well as at what level I should move to a different option. As a novice I have had questions that I have called in and Kully has always been very helpful answering my questions in depth, putting any concerns I had to bed. I definitely feel like a valued customer.
