John Webb is great, always responsive and has sorted me out now at the last minute (each time my fault for waiting till Jan). He's not only helped me pointing out what I could deduct but he does so swiftly & keeping his cool in the lead up to Jan 31st. Honestly don't know how he does it, he has the patience of a saint. Highly recommend Taxfix & John in particular.

I used TaxScout last year and I was pleased. This year, it became TaxFix, and I am less satisfied. No answers to my queries for almost a week (despite my multiple messages), while automatic messages of submitting the tax return since the deadline was approaching were pressuring me. I had to write to various support service email and the chat. At the end, they contacted my accountant and the issue was solved, but I suffered from stress. The price is great if it's your first time, a bit less if a returning (loyal) costumer. Think also about retaining your clients!

Rbis was my first time submitting accounts and the accountant i was assigned Peter was brilliant. He managed to sort my submition out on a short time scale and was helpful and informative at every step, awnsered questions I had within a reasonable time frame especially concerning this is a very busy time of year. Will definitely be using this service again for any tax needs.
